Common questions
What happens at the free assessment?
About 45–60 minutes. We talk through your sport, goals, and injury history, run a movement screen, and do some baseline speed, jump, and strength testing. You'll leave with a clear picture of where you stand and what we'd focus on.
What ages do you train?
Youth development starts at age 10. Small group is typically 14 and up. 1-on-1 training is available for any age, including adult and masters athletes.
Will lifting weights make my kid slower or stunt growth?
No. Properly coached strength training is one of the safest and most effective things a young athlete can do. It improves speed and reduces injury risk. We progress every athlete based on their training age, not just their birthday.
Do you train athletes in-season?
Yes — and you should. In-season training is lower volume and built around games and practices to maintain strength and keep athletes healthy through the whole season.
Is there a contract?
[Placeholder — e.g. Memberships are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. No long-term contracts.]
Do you work with teams?
Yes. We offer team speed and strength programs for school and club teams, both at our facility and on-site. Contact us for team pricing.
